Train your brain with the proven 7-week program

Mental Fitness is the X-Factor

If you’re not physically fit, you’d feel physical stress as you climb up a steep hill.

If you’re not mentally fit, you’d feel mental stress, such as anxiety, frustration, or unhappiness as you handle work and relationship challenges.

80% of people score below the minimum level of mental fitness required for peak performance and happiness.

The great news? With recent breakthroughs in neuroscience and technology, you can now improve your mental fitness significantly within 6 weeks of practice.

The results?

Dramatically improved performance and productivity and a calm, clear and happier mind.

PQ level has been to shown to correlate directly with overall happiness levels and performance relative to your potential.

Imagine being able to:

  • Have courage and confidence during interviews and while networking

  • Get paid what you’re worth and significantly increase your total compensation

  • Find a company that aligns with your personal and professional values

  • Achieve the work/life harmony you’ve always wanted

“Your potential is determined by many factors, including your cognitive intelligence (IQ), your emotional intelligence (EQ), and your skills, knowledge, experience, and social network. But it is your Positive Intelligence (PQ) that determines what percentage of your potential you actually achieve.”

MEASURING MENTAL FITNESS (PQ)

Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).

Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as:

  • stress

  • disappointment

  • self-doubt

  • regret

  • anger

  • shame

  • guilt

  • worry

Your Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like:

  • empathy

  • gratitude

  • curiosity

  • creativity

  • self-confidence

... and calm, clear-headed laser-focused action.

The relative strength of your positive Sage versus your negative Saboteurs is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).

PQ is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It’s the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.

You can boost your PQ significantly with practice.

You learn to run your brain, rather than allow your saboteur-hijacked brain to run you.

Six to eight weeks of mental fitness will allow you to be happier and more productive at work and at home.

Mental fitness and positive intelligence result outcomes include:

  • Salespeople with higher PQ sell 37 percent more than their lower-PQ counterparts

  • Negotiators with higher PQ are more likely to gain concessions, close deals, and forge important future business relationships as part of the contracts they negotiate

  • PQ is consistently the greatest predictor of a team’s achievement
